Get your application approved from us

Submit application
Pay VISA Fees.

Wait for the approval from the Immigration Department.
Check your status

Receive Visa Approval letter
Download eVal from EMGS website.

Obtain Entry Permit
Apply Single Entry Visa (SEV) from the Embassy of Malaysia in your respective country

Inform Big Ben Academy
You must inform us at least one week prior traveling to Malaysia

Airport pickup & accommodation
Our staff will be stationed at the airport for your assistance.

Travel to Malaysia
You may then proceed to travel to Malaysia

A colour photocopy of passport in full pages and recommended passport validity duration is 12 months.
PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS
Scan of passport size photograph with WHITE background (35mm x 45mm)
ENGLISH PLACEMENT TEST
Take our Online English Placement Test for us to check your English levels.
ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES
Scan of certified true copies of academic certificates and transcripts.
HEALTH DECLARATION FORM
Scan and submit the medical examination report along with your health declaration form.
